The purpose of Crowned is to cultivate aspiring women to protect their ethical standards first as sisters, to promote personal development and to exemplify the gift of service with confidence. 

Our key initiatives are Leadership, Development, Confidence and Service. Crowned Inc. is designed to provide youth with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in the personal and professional.

Our workshops are scheduled to occur once a month during the current Shelby County School fiscal academic year and will break during the summer months. Please expect a Workshop Leader to instruct an official workshop activity tied to our key initiatives. From mock interviews to etiquette workshops, we offer a range of activities   tailored to meet the needs of our youth we serve.

Each community partner and participant will be required to commit to an Organization Code of Conduct course hosted by our President.
To honor the purpose of Crowned Inc. our code of conduct and bylaws allow its initiates and partners to serve as role models for self and aspiring young women watching in the community.
